SYNDICATION is how you can amass wealth in commercial real estate. A real estate syndication is a patnership between investors. The syndication combines capital and expertise to develop and manage a real estate opportunity. A syndication is made up of two groups, the Sponsor (General Partner/GP) and the Investors (limited partners/LPs)

Your investment earns cash flow that is distributed to you on a monthly or quarterly basis. Additional distributions are generated by capital events like a refinance or sale. Investors are given preferred status, so they receive priority on distributed returns
